  2. Click on POP3 account again from the window of Account Settings >> choose Remove.
  3. Emails for the account will receive in the specified folder of account.

Before Configuration

Latest Outlook edition started giving an option to select the type of output user requirements to produce. Now, select whether you want to combine accounts or want separate storage for every.

So, if you need to receive emails of the account being configured into the existing profile, follow given instructions:

NOTE: In this option, the entire storage will be joint. Also, you can’t specify a specific folder to combine data.

  1. Reach window of Add New Account for filling in Internet Email Settings
  2. In the section of Deliver New Messages to, an option of  New Outlook Data File is chosen by default
  3. Choose Existing Outlook Data File >> Browse file path

Once it is done, you can move with normal configuration steps and widespread to acquire desired output, i.e. combined storage in present data file of already configured Outlook profile.
